Pointe Shoe Fittings:
So that we can give every dancer the proper attention they deserve, we require ALL pointe shoe fittings to be APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Click our Book Pointe Shoe Fitting page and click on the appropriate link.  Walk-ins are welcome for all other shoe and apparel needs.

Special Orders:
If we don't have it, we will be happy to place a special order.  All special orders include items that are not typically stocked and multiple pairs of pointe shoes.  Please note that full payment is due at time of order and is non-refundable.

Return Policy:
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, after 14 days only store credit will be offered.  Items must be unworn with all tags attached and with it's original packaging.  Items NOT eligible for return or exchange are: tights, ALL hair accessories, toe pads, toe spacers, Footundeez, half-soles, socks, undergarments, sale items and special orders. 

Pointe Shoe Return/Exchange Policy:
Pointe shoes are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days, after 14 days only store credit will be offered.  If shoes show any sign of wear, dirt, have been sewn or altered in any way, no refunds or exchanges will be offered, NO EXCEPTIONS.
***It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to properly inspect ALL details of the pointe shoes before sewing or altering***
