Pointe Shoe Fittings:
So that we can give every dancer the proper attention they deserve, we require ALL pointe shoe fittings to be APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Click our Book Pointe Shoe Fitting page and click on the appropriate link.  Walk-ins are welcome for all other shoe and apparel needs.

Special Orders:
If we don't have it, we will be happy to place a special order.  All special orders include items that are not typically stocked and multiple pairs of pointe shoes.  Please note that full payment is due at time of order and is non-refundable.

Return Policy:
Most items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, after 14 days only store credit and exchanges will be offered.  Items must be unworn with all tags attached and with it's original packaging.  Items NOT eligible for return or exchange are: tights, ALL hair accessories, toe pads, toe spacers, Footundeez, half-soles, socks, undergarments, sale items and special orders. 

Pointe Shoe Exchange Policy:
Pointe shoes will only be exchanged for another pair of pointe shoes or store credit, NO REFUNDS.  If shoes show any sign of wear, dirt, have been sewn or altered in any way, no exchanges will be offered, NO EXCEPTIONS.
